I give the House a 5 star for Historical but a 1 star for someone being there to open house for viewing when stated. I have brought several relatives there in the last month only to find the House is not open on Hours stated and sometimes no one at all shows on a day stated. Unless there there is a specific talk scheduled on a specific day you may find yourself roaming the parking lot looking like I and myself have done.
Really enjoyed exploring the house and grounds.

Beautiful. If you are staying at the Hampton Inn it's a 2 minute walk to get down to it. Not really worth driving far for, but if you are in town a nice little stop :)
